Mood log

The Mind mood log saves dates, mood choices, and optional notes only in localStorage in your current browser. Entries are not sent to a server and do not sync between devices. You can delete individual entries in the history. Clearing browser data removes them. Anyone with access to this browser can see them.

Email subscriptions

When you subscribe, the site stores your email address and subscription date in Upstash Redis. Resend processes email delivery. Unsubscribe using the link in an email; this removes your address from the active subscriber list.

Comments

If you comment, your name, message, and posting date are stored and displayed publicly. The site keeps up to 100 comments per post. Please avoid sharing sensitive information.

Site usage

The site includes Vercel Analytics to measure visits and usage, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services receive request information such as your IP address and browser details. Hosting also processes request data to serve pages. Subscription and comment endpoints use IP addresses to limit abuse.

Your choices

You can read posts or follow the RSS feed without subscribing. Contact me through the site’s Email link to ask about your data or request removal of a comment. Feedback forms open your email application; they do not submit the message directly to this site.
