About Simran

A curious researcher, trainer, traveller, and lifelong learner-building a career, exploring the world, and making sense of the little things along the way.

My scientific work explores how metabolic changes can influence cognition and neurodegenerative processes, while my work as a trainer focuses on something equally important: helping people communicate their knowledge, think critically, and become confident professionals.

I believe that knowing something is only the beginning like being able to understand it, question it, communicate it, and apply it is what makes knowledge powerful.

This website is a collection of my research, scientific journey, teaching, ideas, projects, and things I'm learning along the way.

CuriosityThe starting point for everything else on this site.
ClarityIf it can't be explained simply, it isn't finished yet.
PeopleKnowledge that doesn't reach anyone doesn't do much.

Thought of the Day

A small thought, whenever I post.
